My intention wasn't to make a Valentine (as I'm never that ahead of the game), but when I tried Limited Supply Challenge #196 on SCS, that's what resulted. The challenge was to use no more than three layers of paper, one having to be pink. Also, we could use no more than three stamps, on having to be an animal. Also, we could use no more than three embellishments.
So, I was in the mood to try my hand at coloring this adorable dog image from Whipper Snapper. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink and colored the image with Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils. I then decided to paper pierce the image panel, because of the layer restraints. Patterned paper, as well a Cuttlebug embossing folder, a heart brad, and a heart punch were also used in the creation of this card.
Do you think I'm procrastinating the making of the many Christmas cards that await me?
